The Lady Luck Casino was one of the first Black Hawk Casinos, built only two years after casino gambling was legalized in Colorado. It was previously called the Colorado Central Station Casino and the casino is still themed around an old railroad station.
Eldorado Resorts Inc. (ERI) are the operators of the Lady Luck Casino who also own the neighboring Isle Casino Hotel. An interconnected skywalk joins the two so guests can easily enjoy both premises. Their games floor is home to over 400 slots and video poker machines, and 7 table games, alongside a hotel tower with 164 rooms.

Casino Loyalty Program
The Lady Luck Casino has a loyalty program called Fan Club, which is also in place at the Isle Casino Hotel. Fan Club membership is free and once a member you are entitled to exclusive bonuses, event invitations, and promotions. Every time you play in either of the ERI operated Black Hawk casinos you will also gain Fan Club reward points which can be redeemed for cash prizes, free play, or hotel and dining experiences. The more you spend in the casino, the more points you earn, and the bigger prizes you can redeem.
The Fan Club membership program has five tiers. All new members start in the lowest tier which you will remain in for a year. How many points you earn in this first year will then determine your membership tier for the next year; the more money played, the more points earned, and the higher the tier. Your membership tier is reviewed annually based on the points earnt the previous year. People in higher tiers have access to the biggest bonuses, prizes, and experiences. Currently, those sitting in the top two tiers are entitled to a seven-day Celebrity Cruise around the Caribbean or Bahamas.
Sportsbook Services
Sports gambling, both land-based and online, was legalized in Colorado from 1st May 2020. However, despite the Lady Luck Casino having its master license approved, the property does not yet offer any sports gambling services, neither as an online sportsbook nor in-person sports betting. Eldorado Resorts Inc. has teamed up with William Hill who will provide the online sports betting services for both The Lady Luck Casino and The Isle Casino. However, the launch date is still to be confirmed.

Hotel
The Lady Luck Casino has a hotel tower with 164 rooms for guests to stay. They offer both luxury king rooms which sleep up to three and luxury two-queen rooms which sleep up to four. The tower rooms have undergone recent refurbishment and all come complete with 32” TVs and complimentary Wi-Fi. There are no suite rooms in the Lady Luck tower, however, there are several suites available at the neighboring Isle Casino Hotel, also owned by ERI.
Hotel discounts are available for AAA members, senior guests, and military and government members. Additionally, the hotel currently runs a “stay more save more” promotion. This entitles guests to discounted hotel rates depending on their length of stay:

- 20% off two nights
- 30% off three nights
If enough Fan Club membership points have been earned, it is also possible to exchange these and get free or discounted hotel rates.
Dining and Bars
Otis & Henry’s Restaurant is only restaurant in the Lady Luck Casino. It is located on the second floor of the casino and has beautiful views over the Rocky Mountains. The restaurant is open from 9am – 10pm Monday to Friday, and 9am – 12am at weekends, serving predominantly all-day breakfasts and burgers, amongst other things. There is also a Grab N’ Go menu available from 9am until midnight seven days per week and an espresso bar for your caffeine hit.
If you are after a different restaurant experience, try wandering across the skywalk to the neighboring Isle Casino Hotel. Here you will find a buffet-style restaurant, late-night café, and a new fine dining restaurant called Roxy. Between the two casinos, there is surely something to suit everyone’s taste and budget.
